Hello doctor... my child is 3.5 years old and he is afraid of balloon blast noise and dhol noise,loud noise. is it normal?

A. Hello dear parent, yes it is absolutely normal. Do not worry much about it. Children are as they grow start understanding the concept of fear. So it is normal. You just need to help your child, overcome by staying with him. But do not force..
