hello doctor my baby is 50 days old , woh dudh Pete pete so jati hai ..5 min feed lete hai phir so jati phir uth jati phir feed lete hai .is that normal in babies plz tell ?? aur agar wo sote sote bhi feed lete rahe toh kya feed unke muh se nikalni chahiye ..breast feed ..or plz tell bache ko kitne mins tak feed karna chahiye ..mere gudia 2 hrs baad kbhi 5 min kbhi 20 mjns ...raat ko time Jada hota ..I'm really worried plz help

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hai good morning !! It's common in new born babies to sleep while feeding and again demand feed they sleep day time and awake at night and demand feed continuously.
Feed 15-20 minutes if you have normal flow of milk ,feed every two hours.
Ofcourse feeding on demand 5-10 minutes is also normal.
Check if baby peeing normally 7-10 times a day, sleeping 14-18 hours increase in weight 100-200 gm per week.
