hello doctor, my baby is 45 days old.her birth weight is 3.520,after one week it is reduced to 3.250.At end of 45 days,the weight is 4.730.is it ok

as weight is within the range
nothing to worry
please give plenty of breastfeeds
give feed on each breast at least 20 minutes so your child can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight
give gentle massage with Babyhug coconut oil daily
