Hello Doctor, My baby is 4.5 months plus he is on exclusive breast feeds as u know after 6 months I have to go office too ....He is not accepting bottle this time aur spoon too very less what should I do... please guide

A. you can start solids after six months you as ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana khichdi cerelac puree mashed boiled fruits and vegetables remember one new food one at a time store milk express with Babyhug electric breast pump as baby can take in your absence you can give in a cup or glass or sipper
