Q.

hello doctor my baby is 3 months and 17 days old. He is having loose and little watery potty since 2 to 3 days. But in very less volume after every 1 hour with a mucus in it. He is feeding as usual as he do. Yesterday we went to a doctor and she had started enterogermina and zinc powder suspension. But no change is observed since yesterday. He is on similac total comfort. Please suggest something. regards

A. Did You mention it to your doctor that your child is having mucus into the potty because that is sometimes and indication for Stomach infection so you reconsult Your doctor once again and if needed go ahead for a stool test so that will be more clear and sure about it and accordingly maybe other medicines can also be started
