Hello doctor my baby is 2 months old..some white spots occurred on his face why its happen and what is the reason for that ? give any suggestion

white patches over face can be due to fungal infections for which you need to apply antifungal cream like tenovate M twice a day for 5 days

you can apply coconut oil or breast milk on affected area twice a day
it is very helpful
if necessary please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
