Hello doctor, my baby is 2 months old. His poop is dark green in colour and very water after he was vaccinated for one and half months. It was Rota virus, Penta and polio vaccines. It's been 10 days now. He also acts unwell while he poops. He usually poops while he is fed. He also vomited a lot of milk today. He had slept after he was fed.
