hello Doctor, My baby is 17 months old but she has not yet started talking. she doesn't say any word like mama and papa she just do bubbling. When will she start talking? what is the right time for kids to start talking? could you please help me to understand this?

A. at one baby start talking basic words as mumma papa Dada keep encouraging the baby more and more break the words and sentences and let the baby repeat after you let the baby mingle with same age groups
