hello doctor my baby is 14 months old and having fever cold and cough I am giving paracetamol 250 mg syrup from 3 days.... after 6 hr fever is more 100.9 if I give syrup immediately its reducing why to do ..... howany days I need to continue syrup

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello , your baby boy is 14 months old and he is having a fever so give him frequent breast feeding and proper antibiotic too and then paracetamol will work on
