hello doctor my baby is 11 months ago isku two days say evening fever ayti hai jab my Paracetamol drops dalti hu kam hojati morning say ni rahite, isku teething fever kya yah normal kuch samach ni ayta hai. please tell me answer...

A. These kind of fever are usually Viral in nature . You must give paracetamol containing medicine to baby at 6 hourly for 1 day, if fever does come down to base line you must add meftal p syrup for that spike.you can do tepid sponging with Luke warm water.
