Hello, your baby boy is 2 years old and he is taking breast feeding still now so apply femite lotion at your nipples and take tablet cabergoline 0.25 mg twice a day to reduce the breast milk

for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially  iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients.
one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types  of nutrients essential for growth.
any kind of infection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and treated which may hampeccr the growth otherwise.
after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for  more details if requirexd .
