Hello doctor, my baby has taken antibiotics for 5 days.after taking antibiotic injection throw canola now got infection on hand like blowed in injected area.what will I do please suggest

A. apply thrombophob gel it is important to meet the doctor for examination because relevant history has to be evaluated along with proper medical check up. meet the doctor for complete examination if needed the doctor will go for investigations
