A. Dear mum, weight of 7 kg is a normal weight for 1 year old baby girl. For healthy weight gain, give 4 to 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds, walnuts to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese and breast milk.
