Q.
hello doctor my baby boy of 22 days is getting severe diaper rashes .How do keep my baby boy rash free?

Diaper should be change frequently and not used more than 3 to 4 hours or if the diaper is soiled it should be change immediately also try to use a diaper with super absorbent jelly which will be more helpful in reduucing the rashes diagper should not be used very frequently also use zinc oxide barrier diaper rash creams to avoid contact of urine with the skin
Also maintain proper hygiene and avoid dampness which can cause secondary fungal infection.

Do not use diapers all 24 x 7 that is something very important that you have to check for secondly I’m going to advise you to use Boli 90 septic cream regularly onto the affected area like every two or three hours maintain proper hygiene dryness and cleanliness
