Hello Doctor My baby boy is 4 months old now his birth weight is 2.7kgs and when I had been for vaccinations on 3 month 23 days his weight is 5.12kgs He is tall looks little thin Is it normal plz guide

Ur Child is almost having double the birth weight by the age of four months how much weight are you expecting out of your child I think your child is having an excellent weight as per the age some kids are tall but that is fine they can look lean to you but the weight according to the birth of the child is perfectly fine
