hello doctor my baby boy 8 months old having pimples on hands legs knees and his cheeks turned reddish and slight pinkish..

it could be allergic reaction to the food, fabric or cosmetics or heat or sweating or infection.
so , please choose Cotton clothes for your child.
keep your child well hydrated
avoid giving processed oily spicy food and citrus fruits for now.
apply baby soothing Calamine lotion on this.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
