hello doctor my baby 10 month 25 din ka hai uska Kal ka tamperture 99.8 tha or aaj dopahar me 101 tha fir use calpol 120 diye the or 4 ghante bad uska tamperture 100 hai ab Kya Kare pls suggestions me 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
