Looks like your child is having some scalp infection and it is better that you consult a dermatologist right away so that the baby is treated asap

This is due to dryness.
Massage your baby hair with coconut oil on the scalp to get relief from itching..
U can buy babyhug cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil which is pure and additive free to apply.
