Hello,doctor, my 5 months old baby boy hold his head right side tightly, but moves head freely since 2 days, early he holds his head in upright position, what to do sir

it needs physical examination of your child
so please visit your pediatrician.
give enough tummy time to your child .
give massage with Babyhug coconut oil on regular basis.
give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day.
