hello doctor... my 4yr old son sometimes bleed from his nostrils.. endoscopy done.. nothing significant diagnosed except grade 2 adenoid. Why is this bleeding happening?

A. hello this needs further examination n it will be better to check with ent doctor or for adenoids even homeopathy medicine also is helpful too which u may check with
