hello doctor, my 4 year old son scalp is so dry and rough, itchy. he has very less hair growth. it's very flaky too. he also faces hairfall problem. please guide

application of coconut oil is best remedy for this
it will help to keep your child scalp well hydrated and provide better nourishment to your child hair.
Instead of harsh shampoo ,you should prefer baby friendly shampoo like Babyhug shampoo for your child.

Usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Maintain hygiene
Stay hydrated healthy
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Wash hands often
