hello Doctor, My 20 months old baby has fever, cold and wet cough from last 5 days. we consulted the doctor, he said chest was clear. we are using paracetamol, Maxtra and Ascoril syrups. she is not taking the food at all. not even drinking the milk also. can I give coconut water ? please suggest.
