Hello doctor, my 2 months old baby is having cold and cough. please suggest any home remedies.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus
try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children.can give indirect steam inhalation .
anti-cold mediciznes at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.
for fever and pain give paracetamol
continue the regular diet which is being given to the child

Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment see your own treating doctor can guide you more and can solve your problems
