Please Consult a specialist in this area which is a lactation doctor she will be able to guide you better as to how do you need to increase your lactation by eating different things you should have at least about 6 to 7 L of water regularly and if it is warm water than nothing like it apart from that the doctor would advise you to write a way to deal with the lactation issues and if you still do not produce sufficient breastfeed then you can start giving formula feeding to the child after consulting the doctor
