Hello doctor Meri bitiya 3 years ki ho chuki h kuch mahino phle wo gir gai thi or uska ek tooth damage ho gya tha but koi problem nhi thi now she is in very pain uska tooth hil raha h or swelling bhi bht zyada h bht pain h use what should i do???

A. paracetamol for pain relief and to see dentist for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
