meri bhabhi ko boy aya hain. 7 days ho chuke hain lekin abhi tak breast milk nahi aa raha hain. vo breast milk k powder and medicines bhi le rahi hain. lekin abhi tak nahi aya hain. bache ko doctor ne powder likh diya hain. pani me dal k pilane k liye. lekin breast milk best hota hain. ese bahar ka powder vala milk kab tak denge. breast milk aye uske liye kuch upay bataye.

try to offer more and more breastfeeds because the more a child take feeds  ,the more milk is produced.
massage breasts with coconut oil,it stimulates milk glands and increase breastmilk supply.
don't give up ,try different feeding positions
maintain skin to skin Contact while feeding, it releases oxytocin hormone and increase breastmilk supply.
