it is very common that children will fall ill again and again that is within one or two months sometimes before 5 years of age. 
this falling ill is just steps to to immunity build up in these children and you will see that after t5 years they will not fall ill that much frequently. 
till that time just take care of regular diet made from cereals pulses vegetablef milk and fruits and do not give outside packet foods and complete the vaccination of the child

Hi I’d like to tell if your child is getting fever twice in a month then there are two reasons that I can think of currently which I have seen most common with kids either your child is having really weak immunity or your child is suffering with some infection which is repeating every now and then see you do need to figure out the correct reason behind it and if it is needed get a blood test done for your child
