hello doctor mere bete to gases bahut banti hai. jis ki wajah se wo bahut cry karta hai.. main apne food main kya loon jis se bache ko feeding ke through gas na ho.. please suggest πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

A. Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate Eggs Soy Wheat Peanuts Citrus food products,Processed food. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach. Whole Grains Sprouts, spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.
