hello doctor, Mera beta nursery mein padta hai baccho ke sath khelta nahi hai apna alag hi khelta hai hamari baton ka bhi response nahin karta use sab kuchh hai jab uska man rahata to sab kuchh bolata hai khud say but jab ham puchenge to nahi batata tension Hoti hai se koi problem to nahin hai
