Hello doctor mera beta 6 months and 20 days ka ho gaya h. Kya abhi bhi baby ko mother milk du ya cow milk de sakta hu. Agar cow milk deta hu to usme kuch milana bhi parega for proper nutrition?

Cow milk is not recommended for the babies below one year.
Either continue to breast feed ur baby or give formula milk to ur baby till one year.. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree, raagi porridge, pumpkin puree etc
