Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. A baby's core temperature is warmer than an adult's. But they cannot regulate their temperature quickly because of their tiny size. This is quite normal. Humans have more sweat glands in certain areas. There is no need to worry about it.

if you're child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter
please give daily massage and sun light exposure
