hello doctor mera baby 1 year 3 month ka h wo kuch ni khataa bas breastfeed hi leta h. bht try kiya but kuch ni khaa ta. aur mujhko breastfeed stop kraana h. please doctor help me. please

Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Loss of appetite can often indicate vitamin deficiency. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
