Baby ko aap ragi paratha+ moong dal, paneer pulao + raita, moong sprout dosa + sambhar lunch/ dinner mein dijiye aur dry fruit ladoo, halim kheer, fruit lassi, makhana etc ye snack mein dijiye

Aapka baby 4 years ka hai... Use daily aap jo bhi ghar pe bnati hai wo khila sakti hai... Roz koi different vegetables bnaye.. Kabhi kabhi kuch different bhi bna k khilaye ghar pe like pizza, burger, pasta, potato wedges, French fries, rumali roti etc.. These attracts baby toward food and does not loose interest in eating.
Also give food in colourful and attractive plates like babyhug plates that attracts baby toward food. Make eating fun. It will help.
