hello doctor may i know how to reduce my tsh levels thyroide in pregnancy present i am 7 weeks pregnant and also feeding baby with 18 months . any yoga i am taking 100mcg tablet every day my tsh level 60 - 100 two times tested .

A. see if tye thyroid is not controlled in t you tyen its a best option yoi take proper Medici ne and fi do not miss even a single day dose of it
