Hello doctor, M jab bhi feed karati hu tab us time mere bhot pain hota h or uske bad bhi hota h or swell bhi ho jate hain nipples to mujhe kya karna chaiye??

A. Hello mom yeah bahut hota hai feeding mothers ko kyun ki nipples bahut delicate part hai body ka aur abhi woh bahut use ho raha hai constantly, so aap uss par warm ghee ya coconut oil apply kare .. aur har feed k baadh aap aapka breast acche se massage kare
