Hello doctor kindly please tell me what's this?

A. it's looking like worms. I gave him antibiotics for cold ,watery motion as per doctor advice. doctor told me give antibiotics for 5 days. but my baby got slightly greenish watery motion on 3 Rd day and 4th day. today is 5 the day. now he got like worms

A. This is looking like God actually so I would recommend you to get it checked with your doctor because blood in the motion is mostly due to stomach infection only see a doctor would be able to give you hundred percent sure and solve the problem in medicine
