Hello Doctor, Is their any cream or lotion to brighten a baby of one and half year ?

The creams and lotions that you use are only to maintain hydration and nourishment in the skin of the child it is not going to help in enhancing the colour complexion of the child so it is going to be based on the genetics as it is supposed to be you really cannot do anything about that
