Hello Doctor, I wanted to know how good or bad is the consumption of marie vita biscuits to the 1 year old baby... If given as a evening snacks dipped in milk for about 3/4 biscuits. Is that good or bad?

A. Dear parent, you should completely avoid giving any sort of biscuits to your baby. These are unhealthy as they contain ingredients like sugar, flavour, maida. Avoid giving any sort of packaged foods.
