hello doctor, i m seeing pimples on face, neck, one or two on body of my 14 days old baby, please suggest what should be done

A. hi it looks like milia as such no need to worry usually it alright by own. but if it causes discomfort, child having irritation, redness, swelling or pus from there then please visit your pediatrician
