ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. c section better ok. see regular workout is important. start slow and don't over do. walk, swimming, gym all are effective but consistently doing is the key to lose weight. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

mam ,type of delivery depends on many factors.
like your health condition at that time , your baby size or position , etc too
so please take necessary follow ups from your gynecologist.
and do as per his /her suggestions.
please don't take stress for such things which are not under your control.
