hello doctor.. I'm in 9th month of pregnancy.. from today morning I'm suffering from sore throat and body pains what should I do for this? and whay are the reasons plz tell me.. thank you..

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. It could be a simple cold or it’s better if you consult your doctor if the symptoms become more to rule out other infections like COVID.
For now take steam inhalation and salt water gargles

Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and follow his advice
Take a good care of your baby
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
Maintain hygiene
Stay hydrated
Take plenty of fluids
