hello doctor.. i m bf mom of 19 month old baby. this s my 2nd C-section delivery and sterilization also done. for the past few months my periods was regular. got my last period on jan 9. and by 15 th day after my period i m getting light spotting. please help me wit this. TIA

A. nothing to worry about this there may be irregular menses due to some hormonal changes so just take good sleep whenever baby is sleeping I have regular daily walking and also good nutrition along with adequate water intake
