hello doctor .i m 38week 3 day pregnant ..mera bacha head down position me hai lekin baby niche ni aaya avi ..aesa kya khaye ya kya kre jisse baby niche aaye aur labour pain start ho ?

Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
