ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. after 36 weekend only. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
