hello doctor, I'm 3 months pregnant at second time. I don't feel like eat anything. I'm not getting hungry too. why is this so? is my baby growing properly? I'm little bit worried. pls guide.TIA.

A. eat smaller meals. avoid fatty foods. take fresh fruit and lots of water. exercise n yoga. avoid any new products. then see a specialist too. put aloe vera as that is f good ok
