hello doctor I'm 1year 2 months baby's mother...mera last period 4 july ko aaya tha or 25 july ko firse start ho gya aaj 28 july ho gya but abhi tak period acche se nhi aa rha only black dark brown spots ho rhe, kbhi achank thodha sa bleeding ho jata h abhi tk bleeding start nhi ho rha. aisa kyu ho Rha kya hormonal imbalance ke wjh se ho skta h ya koi or problem ho skti h.... please answer only doctor.
