Hello doctor.... I hv baby girl. which is completed her 6 month of last 28..so my concern is...Can I start cerelac and cow’s milk to my baby?Till now I m feeding her..

A. Yes solid foods you can start. No. Cow's milk should only be given after 9 to 12 months of age. Before that, foods such as meat, meat alternatives and iron-fortified cereals should first be introduced to provide the infant the iron it needs for growth and to avoid any onset of anemia.
