Hello doctor I have had a caesarean delivery on 24th of march. Last night while feeding the baby I felt a sudden pain(as of a stretch kind) on left abdomen below the stitches. I let got better by the morning but in the morning my baby kicked me on the stitches while feeding and I felt the same pain again. Now it’s hurting while changing sides or walking

Yes pain is in stitches is normal as it can take few months for the stitches to heal internally and externally.
So no need to worry. But if the pain is unbearable then consult with ur doctor for the same
