Hello Doctor I have delivered baby on 23 July 2021. My Breastmilk is not producing enough for my baby. I am giving 3-4 times similac to my baby. Pls give me some tips for producing enough breastmilk for my baby

A. no dnt give formula as. Breastfeeding is the best source of natural immunity and antibodies to a newborn baby never give formula milk as it is not required at all exclusive breastfeeding is a must for good immunity and baby health , reduces colic and gas issues and overall brain development of the baby. No water , ghutti or any other syp is given till 6 months of age .

A. good morning I would definitely recommend for you decide to have Himalaya shatavari powder it should be taken along with milk twice in a day this is to make sure that you are able to produce sufficient
