hello doctor, I have an 11 month old baby. after delivery till now am not getting periods is it okay??

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. you can consult with your doctor once has till 11 to 12 months it is okay to wait but after that the periods should get started and also follow a Healthy lifestyle along with meditation and exercise whenever possible which place a major role to regularise the periods

no issue
it alright by own
just take necessary precutions to avoid unwanted pregnancy
